We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a compelling portfolio who can think, create, and execute high-impact visuals across digital and print. You’ll be expected to conceptualize and produce AI-led creatives, especially ads, that stand out and scale fast.

Role Description:
The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating high-quality visual designs for digital and print channels, including website assets, mobile app creatives, social media campaigns, marketing collaterals, and brand communication materials. This full time,



on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves collaborating closely with marketing, product, and content teams to translate business objectives into impactful visual narratives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing brand-aligned design concepts, designing logos and icons, crafting layouts and typography systems, preparing production-ready files, and ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints. The Senior Graphic Designer will also mentor junior designers, contribute to design guidelines and brand standards, and participate in brainstorming sessions to elevate the overall visual identity of NoBroker.com. The role requires balancing creative exploration with deadlines, iterating based on feedback, and maintaining a strong focus on user experience and brand coherence.
