About the Role
We are looking for an experienced General Sales Manager – Outdoor Advertising to lead and grow our OOH/DOOH sales business.
The ideal candidate must have strong, proven experience specifically in Outdoor Advertising / OOH media sales and a strong understanding of hoardings, unipoles, LED screens, mobile vans, transit media, street furniture, retail branding and other outdoor media formats.
Candidates without Outdoor Advertising / OOH experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute the company's OOH sales strategy.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team, including RSMs, Sales Managers, KAMs and Sales Executives.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent conversion.
