nWe're looking for an organized, communication-driven skilled to act as the bridge between our clients, our team, and management. You'll own the day-to-day coordination of projects — from the first lead enquiry to final delivery — ensuring clients are heard, teams are aligned, and deadlines are met.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring professional and timely communication at every stagen
- Represent Intellyze at business meetings, networking events, and client visits, projecting the company's values and capabilitiesn
- Assign tasks to team members, follow up on progress, and remove roadblocks to keep work movingn
- Ensure all client deliverables are completed and delivered on time, to the expected quality standardn
- Manage the flow of communication between higher management and staff, keeping both sides informed and alignedn
- Handle inward leads — respond to enquiries, qualify prospects, and guide them through the sales pipelinen
- Prepare proposals, quotations,



and scope documents for prospective and existing clientsn
- Assist in closing projects, including final reviews, client sign-offs, and handover documentationn
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage client meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actionsn

nRequirements

- n
- 0–4 years of experience in client servicing, project coordination, business development, or operations (agency experience preferred; freshers with strong communication skills welcome)n
- Candidates restarting their career after a break are warmly encouraged to applyn
- Languages: English and Malayalam required; Hindi preferredn
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyn
- Proficiency with task management and communication tools (e.g., Trello/Asana, WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace)n
