About the Role
Evyan Mobility is building financial and operational infrastructure for gig economy riders — helping them access EVs, stable income, and a path to better livelihoods. We're growing our sales engine and looking for an Inside Sales Executive to own the phone-and-follow-up side of our rider acquisition funnel: building pipeline for our field team and converting warm leads into closed, onboarded riders.

What You'll Do
1. Pipeline Building for Field Sales
- Make regular outbound calls to leads from database and generated by Field Sales Reps
- Qualify leads (interest level, location, vehicle preference, urgency) before scheduling a field visit
- Build and maintain a clean, up-to-date calling pipeline so the field rep's calendar is never empty
- Re-engage cold or stalled leads who didn't convert on first contact

2. Follow-Ups: Interested → Closed
- Once the field rep has met the customer, demoed the vehicle, and walked through commercials,



you take over the follow-up
- Address final objections (pricing, deposit, documentation doubts) over calls/WhatsApp
- Drive the customer from "interested" to a confirmed, closed deal
- Coordinate KYC document collection and vehicle pickup scheduling
- Track every lead's status daily — no lead sits untouched for more than 48 hours without a follow-up attempt

3. Onboarding Coordination
- Chase pending documents until KYC is fully complete
- Confirm vehicle pickup/deployment logistics with the operator and the rider
- Flag any stuck or at-risk onboarding cases to the founder

Who we are looking for:
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer follow-up roles (freshers with solid communication are welcome to apply)
- Comfortable making 40-60+ calls a day without losing energy or tone
- Fluent in Hindi and conversational English/Marathi; can explain complex financial terms in simple
