Position Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Performance Coach to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate is a certified personal trainer who is technically strong, eager to learn, adaptable, and has a clear vision to grow in the health and wellness industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a productive and disciplined work schedule of 8–9 hours daily
- Attend and actively participate in all scheduled meetings, including:



Weekly Team Meetings,Performance Coach–Nutritionist Alignment Meetings,Internal Performance Coach Sync-Ups,Additional meetings scheduled by management
- Deliver personalised one-on-one training sessions based on client goals and progress
- Design and regularly update customised workout plans using the Fitway application
- Stay actively engaged in client support groups to drive motivation, accountability, and participation
- Conduct monthly fitness assessments to monitor client progress and optimise training plans
- Share BCA (Body Composition Analysis) reports in assigned internal groups to ensure progress tracking and transparency
- Ensure clients follow correct exercise form, technique, and safety protocols during workouts
- Educate and motivate clients on fitness fundamentals, recovery, and basic nutrition practices
- Collaborate closely with in-house nutritionists to align fitness and nutrition strategies
- Maintain accurate client records, workout logs, progress notes, and performance tracking
