Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Representative (BDR)/Lead Generation Specialist (IT Cloud Sales) role is based in Kochi. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads for IT cloud solutions through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. The BDR will research target markets, engage prospective clients, schedule meetings or demos for the sales team, and follow up consistently to move opportunities forward. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with account managers to refine outreach strategies, updating CRM systems with accurate data, and preparing basic sales reports and insights. The role also requires close coordination with internal teams to understand product offerings and value propositions for effective client communication.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills,



including experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline management.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills and Sales abilities to engage prospects, present solutions, and support deal progression.
- Candidates should possess Business Development skills, with a focus on identifying new opportunities and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Familiarity with IT cloud products or services and a strong interest in technology sales.
- Experience working with CRM tools and basic sales reporting.
- Ability to work in a structured, target-driven setting and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in B2B sales or IT solution selling will be an advantage.
