About the Role
A newly established University in Defence and Advanced Technology is seeking a highly motivated Senior Admissions & Branding Coordinator to support the development of the University’s brand, admissions outreach, and student engagement initiatives.

This is a unique chance to play a key role in establishing the identity and market presence of a future-focused institution, while driving student admissions through strategic outreach, engaging communication, partnerships, and brand-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute admissions and branding strategies aligned with the University's vision, positioning, and student recruitment objectives.
- Plan and coordinate student outreach campaigns across digital, social media, print, events, school/college networks, and other relevant channels.
- Support the development and implementation of the University's brand identity and communication strategy, ensuring consistency across all platforms and stakeholder touchpoints.
- Coordinate admissions communication and promotional materials,



including brochures, presentations, digital content, website content, social media, email campaigns, and student communication.
- Manage and continuously improve admissions-related website content, ensuring information is accurate, engaging, user-friendly, and aligned with SEO and conversion objectives.
- Coordinate digital marketing and lead-generation initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, educational counsellors, career guidance networks, education consultants, and other institutional partners to support student outreach.
- Plan and coordinate admission events, open houses, career fairs, school visits, webinars, seminars, campus visits, and promotional activities.
