We're hiring: Telecalling Executive — Rasta Pay (Dwarka, Current Delhi)

A transporter with 200 pending challans across five districts can't send someone to court in each one. That's the problem we solve — court-level challan settlement for fleet operators and logistics companies.

What you'll do
→ Call inbound leads from our campaigns and understand their challan situation
→ Make outbound calls to transporters, logistics companies and fleet owners
→ Follow up properly — most deals here close on the third or fourth conversation, not the first
→ Capture vehicle and challan details accurately and pass them to operations
→ Keep the CRM current, and tell us what you're hearing on calls

What we're looking for
→ 1–3 years in telecalling, tele-sales, customer support or field sales
→ Fluent,



confident Hindi — that's the language of these calls. Working English for internal coordination.
→ Persistence over polish. This job rewards the fourth follow-up.
→ Comfortable with Excel/Sheets, WhatsApp Web and CRM entry
→ Transport, logistics, insurance or vehicle finance background is a plus, not a must

? ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month + incentives on closures
? 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM, 6-day week
? 306, 3rd Floor, RG Complex, Plot No. 8, Dwarka Sector 5, New Delhi (on-site)
