nAbout the Role:
nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Tender Specialist with hands-on experience in managing end-to-end tendering processes within an advertising or marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have experience handling Government, PSU, Ministry, and corporate tenders, with strong expertise in bid documentation, compliance,



and timely submissions.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete tender lifecycle—from identifying opportunities to final bid submission.n
- Monitor tender portals such as GeM, CPP Portal, NIC, and State e-Procurement portals for relevant opportunities.n
- Review RFPs/RFQs/EOIs and prepare compliance checklists.n
- Prepare and compile technical bids, commercial bids, declarations, annexures, and supporting documents.n
- Coordinate with Creative, Finance, Business Development, Operations, and other teams to gather bid-related information.n
- Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely submission of tenders on various procurement portals.n
- Maintain updated records of company credentials, statutory documents, work orders, certifications, and financial documents.n
- Track EMDs, tender fees, bank guarantees, and maintain MIS for submitted and ongoing tenders.n
