The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and passionate about managing calendars, travel, projects, and process improvements efficiently. Key Responsibilities: 1. Calendar & Travel Management Manage founders’ calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritize engagements. Coordinate travel bookings, itineraries, and logistics. Anticipate conflicts and plan schedules proactively. 2. Operations & Data Management Maintain large sets of business/operational data with accuracy. Manage trackers, reports, and dashboards on Excel/Google Sheets. Ensure timely updates and data hygiene. 3. CRM & Sales Operations Update and manage Sales CRM (lead status, pipeline stages, follow-ups). Prepare basic CRM reports and ensure tracking is up to date. 4. Client Communication & Follow-ups Coordinate with clients for meeting scheduling, reminders, and document follow-ups.



Ensure professional and timely communication. 5. Project Coordination & Execution Track projects, timelines, and deliverables across teams. Follow up regularly to ensure closure of action items. 6. MoM & Documentation Take Minutes of Meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-ups. Maintain organized records and documentation. Key Skills and Competencies: Alteast 3–5 years of experience in executive support, project coordination, or related roles. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to track multiple tasks simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. Curious, tech-savvy, and proactive in exploring new tools and AI solutions for process improvement. Adaptable and comfortable taking ownership of tasks without waiting for direction.
