A leading industrial organization is looking for a solid security leadership professional to manage plant security operations and lead outsourced security teams.

Location: Srikalahasthi

Experience: 15+ Years Military Experience | 1–3 Years Industrial Experience
Level: Manager
CTC: Up to 15 LPA

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• Ex-Serviceman with strong Military background
• Preferably Captain from Army
• Graduate in any discipline
• Hindi or Telugu mandatory
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to stay within the factory complex

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead Security Guards and Security Supervisors
• Manage access control, patrols and asset protection
• Handle fire, theft, public unrest and emergency incidents
• Coordinate with Police, Fire and other Government agencies
• Conduct surprise inspections and security audits
• Investigate incidents and implement preventive action plans
• Prepare security and management reports
