nWe are looking for a proactive, confident, well-organized, and communication-oriented professional who can take ownership of client coordination, project execution, school orientations, and on-ground program management.
nThis is a dynamic role that involves working closely with schools, principals, teachers, parents, students, sales teams, operations teams, and external partners . The role will also involve frequent travel to schools and project locations , so candidates should be comfortable with extensive travel.

Key Responsibilities n
Client & School Coordination n

- Act as a key point of contact between Young Edsplorer and schools,



principals, teachers, parents, students, and other stakeholders.n
- Build and maintain solid professional relationships with school management and clients.n
- Coordinate meetings, discussions, follow-ups, approvals, documentation, and other client requirements.n
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely communication and execution.n

Project Handling & Execution n
- n
- Take ownership of assigned projects from planning through successful completion.n
- Coordinate with internal Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.n
- Track project timelines, deliverables, approvals, dependencies, and follow-ups.n
- Ensure that all stakeholders are aligned with project requirements and timelines.n
- Identify potential challenges during project execution and coordinate with the relevant teams for timely resolution.n
