Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, remote role, an on-site work . This role is responsible for driving regional sales growth by developing and executing sales strategies, managing key retail and distribution partners, and meeting revenue and market share targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and coaching a regional sales team, monitoring performance metrics, planning and conducting sales visits, and ensuring strong in-store visibility and execution for LFactor New York products.



The Regional Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional activities, optimize inventory and merchandising, and gather market insights to inform future initiatives. The role also involves building long-term relationships with stakeholders, preparing regular sales reports, and representing the brand in regional events and trainings.
Qualifications
- Proven regional sales experience in FMCG, beauty, cosmetics, or related consumer goods, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong skills in sales planning, territory management, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team, including coaching, performance management, and field training.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with retailers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
