Role Overview:
We are looking for a Content Strategist to lead content planning and execution across its international markets. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — owning the content roadmap while also shaping creator briefs, performance creative, and e-commerce storytelling across different markets.

Key Responsibilities
International Content Strategy
- Develop and own the annual and quarterly content strategy for Fast&Up;’s international markets.
- Build market-specific content pillars based on consumer behaviour, cultural nuances, sporting calendars and business priorities.
- Identify content opportunities around sports, fitness, wellness, hydration, lifestyle and cultural moments.

Social Media Content
- Own content strategy for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Develop concepts for Reels, TikToks, static content, carousels, stories and other social formats.
- Identify trends, formats, sounds, conversations and cultural moments relevant to each market.
- Ensure content is optimized for engagement, reach and discovery.





Creator & Influencer Content
- Work closely with the creator/influencer team to develop briefs and content directions.
- Develop creative briefs for different creator cohorts and use cases.
- Identify opportunities to convert creator content into paid media assets.

Performance Content
- Develop strategy for content specifically for Meta, TikTok and other paid platforms.
- Develop creative testing frameworks across hooks, formats, messaging, CTAs and audiences.
- Analyse performance data and feed learnings back into content strategy.

E-commerce Content
- Work with e-commerce teams to ensure solid product storytelling and consistency across all platforms.
- Help Develop enhanced product content, A+ content, banners, videos and platform-specific assets.
- Ensure brand consistency across D2C and marketplace environments.

Team & Agency Management
- Manage internal content resources, copywriters, ed
