Job DescriptionWelfare, Facility & transportation: ● Manage day to Facilities upkeep & canteen operations. He should manage vendor contracts as a primary statutory welfare service, ensuring high standards of food hygiene, quality, and subsidized nutritional offerings for all workers. ● Oversee employee transportation including e.i staff buses, taxis, and company vehicles to ensure secure, reliable daily commuting for a smooth employee experience. ● Manage plant facilities, timely uniform distribution, printing/stationery, and overall site amenities to maintain a functional, comfortable working environment. ● Manage and govern welfare budgets (Capex and Opex), oversee purchasing/contract renewals, and track vendor performance to ensure uninterrupted delivery of worker-centric services. ● Oversee plant security operations and implement the Structured Security Operating Manual and SOPs to protect employees, conduct site audits, and maintain business continuity. Statutory compliance & liaison: ● Directly manage and maintain statutory welfare provisions under statutory code,
