About the Role
The candidate must have knowledge in the Overall Finance & Accounts field (Basically, Finalization, Corporate MIS etc and not in any one area only, say AR, AP etc.),
Responsibilities
- Process Automation & Optimization: Identify manual processes and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce effort.
- Technology Evaluation & Implementation: Assess emerging technologies/tools and recommend suitable upgrades for existing workflows.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements,
standardization, and productivity improvements across the team.
- Team Enablement: Support and mentor team members in adopting new technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Innovation & Problem Solving: Proactively suggest and implement cutting-edge solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Preparation of SOPs, work-flows etc.
Qualifications
Chartered Accountant
Expected Experience: Minimum 4 years in the process of automation, workflow optimization, and technology adoption. Must have worked minimum 4 years in these areas in a high tech-environment.
