Hajiri is looking for a driven and result-oriented B2B Enterprise Sales Manager to join our growing sales team in Gurugram.

What You’ll Do:
- Identify and qualify new enterprise and mid-market business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to product demonstrations, negotiations, and closure.
- Connect with HR leaders, business owners, CXOs, and key decision-makers to understand their requirements.
- Present Hajiri's HR technology solutions based on customer business needs.
- Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline and consistently work towards revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and key stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals,



handle commercial discussions, and negotiate effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover after deal closure.
- Maintain accurate sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
- Stay updated on HR Tech, workforce management, and competitor trends.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or SaaS sales.
- Experience selling HRMS, Payroll, SaaS, ERP, CRM, or other technology solutions is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A target-driven mindset with a proven ability to convert opportunities into customers.
- Good understanding of the B2B sales cycle and consultative selling.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and sales opportunities independently.
