If the Inside Sales Associate is strong, leads convert fast and predictably.
If the Inside Sales Associate is weak, leads drop, conversions fall, and revenue leaks.
Your mandate is clear
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed bookings
- Respond to leads with speed and urgency
- Understand customer needs and map them to the right property
- Drive conversations towards closure with clarity and confidence
- Maintain strong follow-up discipline with zero lead leakage
This is not a support role. It is a conversion-driven, target-oriented role with clear ownership of outcomes.
