About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Techno-Functional Project Manager who can bridge the gap between Business, Product, Design, and Technology teams. The ideal candidate should possess solid domain expertise in the broking industry, understand customer journeys, and be capable of translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
This role requires end-to-end ownership—from requirement gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization.

Key Responsibilities
Business & Domain Understanding
- Develop a deep understanding of broking business processes, customer journeys, trading platforms, onboarding, KYC, back-office operations, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation.
- Convert business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.

Product & UI/UX Ownership
- Work with Product and Design teams to create intuitive and customer-centric user experiences.




- Review wireframes, workflows, and customer journeys to ensure business objectives are effectively translated into product features.
- Advocate for simplicity, usability, and operational efficiency in all product enhancements.

Technology Collaboration
- Act as the primary bridge between Business and Engineering teams.
- Clearly articulate functional requirements, business logic, workflows, validations, and edge cases to development teams.
- Participate in solution discussions and ensure technical implementations align with business expectations.

Testing & Quality Assurance
- Prepare comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify and validate edge cases, exception handling scenarios, and production readiness.
- Ensure high-quality releases with minimal business disruption.
