The Opportunity

As Pre-Sales Manager – Core Banking, you will own the solutioning agenda across complex, high-value core banking modernization deals. You will bring together deep functional domain expertise in core banking (Deposits, Lending, General Ledger, Payments Integration, Interest Engine, and Real-Time Account Processing), cloud-native microservices architecture,



and consultative selling to win transformational business.
You will engage with C-level executives (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Retail/Corporate Banking, Chief Risk Officers) to diagnose architectural and operational bottlenecks in legacy systems, and translate them into modern, API-first, AI-enabled Core Banking transformation opportunities.

Role Definition

The Pre-Sales Manager actively drives early-to-late stage sales cycles by shaping, qualifying, and solutioning Core Banking opportunities. You will act as the crucial bridge between Sales, Core Banking Product Management, Architecture, and Delivery teams to create compelling value propositions, lead technical & functional workshops, and demonstrate contemporary core platform capabilities to drive deal conversions.
