JOB DESCRIPTION

Role: Relationship Manager (Health Insurance) – Agency Channel

What is the purpose of the role –
- Meet potential POSP agents in respective geographical assignments and onboard new POSP partners.
- Service existing POSPs to drive Health Insurance sales growth and achieve business targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure speedy and satisfactory resolution.
- Coordinate with the InsuranceDekho HO Team for smooth execution of the sales and policy issuance process.
- Conduct offline training and provide regular servicing and product support to POSPs.
- Develop and maintain a strong local agent network.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business numbers.
- Should be a highly motivated individual with the ability to drive the channel with ownership. Travelling can be frequent.
- Candidate should preferably be from an Insurance background, with hands-on experience in the agency channel of a General Insurance Company, Health Insurance Company, or Insurance Brokerage Firm.
- Manage relationships with customers and POSP partners.




- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Health Insurance products.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales and policy lifecycle.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the Health Insurance customer and POSP base.

Apply if you have –
- Graduation degree in any stream with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Awareness of Health & General Insurance and a robust interest in sales.
- Good understanding of Health Insurance products such as Individual Health, Family Floater, Senior Citizen and Top-Up/Super Top-Up plans.
- Experience from 1 year to 3 years in insurance sales/agency channel preferred.
- Looking for fast growth in a challenging environment and willing to work hard.
- Proficiency and fluency in English, along with any other local language preferably.
