Role Overview
We are looking for an AI-First Video Editor who understands that editing is more than cutting clips—it's about storytelling, audience psychology, retention, and content performance.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining high creative standards. You'll work closely with content strategists, writers,



and creative teams to produce engaging content across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos for social media and digital platforms.
- Transform raw footage into compelling stories with strong hooks and engaging pacing.
- Create videos optimized for audience retention and platform performance.
- Use AI-powered tools to accelerate editing, ideation, captions, visual effects, and workflows.
- Collaborate with writers, content strategists, and creative teams during content planning.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and visual enhancements where required.
- Optimize videos based on analytics, viewer retention, and engagement metrics.
- Stay updated with emerging editing trends, AI technologies, and platform best practices.
- Manage multiple projects while consistently meeting tight deadlines.

Must-Have Skills
- Solid experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
- Good working knowledge of After Ef
