nWe are looking for a commercially driven Senior Sales Manager to lead venue sales, sponsorships and business development for IFBE, driving revenue through venue rentals, strategic partnerships and sponsorship acquisition.
nRole Description
nThis is a full time, on-site role based in Andheri West, Mumbai, reporting to the Program Director. The Senior Sales Manager will own the full sales cycle for venue rentals and sponsorships, from prospecting to closing, while building long-term relationships with corporates, event agencies, luxury brands and institutional clients.

- Generate sponsorships for IFBE events and initiativesn
- Build relationships with corporates, event agencies, luxury brands and institutional clientsn
- Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term client partnershipsn
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial agreements and close salesn
- Lead client conversations, presentations and follow-ups end-to-endn
- Collaborate with internal creative, content, events and operations teams to support pitches and deliverablesn
- Track opportunities, manage targets and report on pipeline and revenue growthn
- Work closely with the Program Director to execute the venue's overall revenue strategyn
