About the Role:We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive who is energetic, target-oriented and confident in communicating with potential clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, connecting with decision-makers and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through Outbound calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, online research and other channels.
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers such as CXOs, founders and business leaders.
- Understand the requirements and introduce the company’s products/services effectively.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to convert prospects into qualified leads.




- Schedule meetings and product/service discussions for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong qualified relationships.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and meeting targets.
- Research target industries, companies and potential clients to build a strong prospect database.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development or Inside Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with outbound sales activities.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Google, CRM tools and online research.
- Ability to speak confidently with senior-level professionals
