Role Summary:

Indian IT MNC looking for a senior Creative Director for their Bangalore based internal creative agency. The role needs someone who can do both:
Lead strong creative thinking, storytelling, design direction, and campaign development;

Bring Account Planning capability - understand the business problem, define the proposition, and translate into powerful creative work.

Looking for someone with experience across Brand, Campaigns, Integrated Comms, Design Systems, & Stakeholder facing Strategic Thinking.

Ideal background:

Creative Director / Design Director / Strategy-led Creative. Strong Portfolio + ability to work with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in creative leadership, advertising, design, or integrated marketing communications.
- Experience as a Creative Director, Design Director, Associate Creative Director, or Strategy-led Creative Leader.




- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand building, integrated campaigns, storytelling, and creative problem solving.
- Proven ability to combine strategic thinking with creative execution.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing complex projects in quick-paced environments.

Preferred Background:
- Agency, brand, consulting, or large enterprise marketing experience.
- Exposure to brand systems, campaigns, corporate communications, and digital experiences.
- Strong understanding of branding, design systems, content strategy, and integrated communications.
