Thrillophilia is looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager to build high-value partnerships with global tourism boards, consumer brands and lifestyle companies.

About the Role

You will identify commercial opportunities, create original travel-led IPs and convert strong creative ideas into meaningful partnership revenue. This is not a sponsorship-sales role where logos are inserted into existing content. You will bring together brand objectives, traveller insights, creators, content and Thrillophilia’s distribution to create partnerships that brands genuinely want to invest in.

Responsibilities
- Build and own the revenue pipeline for brand and tourism-board partnerships
- Identify and pitch opportunities to tourism boards, cameras, automobiles, fintech, hospitality, airlines and lifestyle brands
- Develop original travel IPs with brands such as GoPro, Sony, KTM and other category leaders
- Convert business objectives into sharp campaign ideas, partnership decks and commercial proposals
- Create multi-platform properties across creators, films, social content,



experiences, events, PR and distribution
- Lead partnership conversations from first meeting through negotiation and closure
- Structure deliverables, pricing, usage rights, timelines and partnership economics
- Work closely with creative, creator, production, social and performance teams to deliver campaigns
- Protect creative quality while ensuring campaigns achieve the partner’s business objectives
- Build long-term annual partnerships rather than isolated campaign deals
- Own revenue targets, deal profitability and partner satisfaction

Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in branded content, media sales, brand partnerships, creative solutions, sponsorships or integrated marketing
- Experience working with creative agencies, media companies, content studios, creator platforms or experiential businesses
- A robust network across brand, media and marketing decision-makers
