Job description :
We are looking for a Sales Engineer who understands industrial environments and can confidently engage with plant and business stakeholders on energy, electrical and measurement-related challenges.

This is not a conventional product-selling role. You will be expected to understand the customer's plant, identify opportunities, connect operational challenges with Greenovative's solutions, and take the opportunity from prospecting to closure.

What We're Looking For
- B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- 5-8 years of B2B sales experience in industrial markets.
- Experience selling into manufacturing and energy-intensive industries is strongly preferred.
- Good working knowledge of electrical energy meters, flow meters, measuring instruments and industrial energy systems.
- Understanding of electrical power and energy systems, industrial automation, PLC/SCADA or related technologies.
- Experience working with Plant Heads, Energy Managers, Electrical/Instrumentation teams, Maintenance, Operations and other industrial stakeholders.




- Ability to understand customer requirements, identify opportunities and translate technical requirements into business value.
- Robust experience in lead generation, customer meetings, solution discussions, quotations, negotiations and closing.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to manufacturing plants and customer locations.

- Identify and develop new customers across manufacturing and energy-intensive industries.
- Build relationships with plant-level and CXO-level stakeholders.
- Understand customer energy and operational challenges and identify potential use cases for Greenovative.
- Conduct customer meetings, plant visits and solution discussions.
- Position Greenovative's Prescriptive AI platform and demonstrate its business value.
