Bizex4U is an integrated media solutions company helping brands unlock advertising opportunities through media barter, media buying and offline media execution.

We work across OOH, DOOH, cinema, radio, print, transit, retail media, sponsorships and other traditional media formats.

We are now building the next stage of the company — expanding our client base, media buying capabilities and agency partnerships across India.

The Role

This is not a traditional administrative EA role.

You will work directly with the Founder and build the operating layer around him — ensuring that clients, prospects, vendors, proposals, campaigns, collections and internal priorities keep moving.

You will bring structure to a fast-growing business and progressively take ownership of business coordination and execution.

What You’ll Own
- Founder calendar, meetings, briefs and follow-ups
- Daily/weekly priorities and action tracking
- CRM and sales-pipeline hygiene




- Prospect research and outbound coordination
- Proposal and pitch coordination
- Client and vendor follow-ups
- Campaign and execution trackers
- Invoice and collections follow-up
- Business research and meeting preparation
- SOPs, documentation and internal processes
- Coordination across sales, operations, finance and external partners
- Using AI and automation to make recurring work faster

What We’re Looking For

Must have
- 2–5 years in EA, Founder’s Office, business operations, account management, consulting or a similar role
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Exceptional follow-through and organization
- Ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders
- Strong judgment and prioritization
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership

- CRM experience
- Media/advertising or B2B experience
