Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and results-driven B2B Sales Professional to join our established and growing Corporate Consulting team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, understanding their insurance and risk management requirements, and delivering customized Employee Benefits and Commercial Insurance solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about consultative selling,



relationship management, and driving sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for Employee Benefits and Commercial Insurance solutions.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue and business growth objectives.
- Generate qualified business opportunities through networking, referrals, strategic outreach, market mapping, and industry events.
- Understand client business objectives and risk management needs to deliver customized insurance solutions.
- Drive the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, client meetings, proposal development, negotiations, and successful deal closure.
- Collaborate with insurance partners and internal teams to secure competitive quotations, ensure seamless policy placement, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Represent Futurisk at industry forums, conferences, and networking
