Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Real Estate Sales & Marketing Executive.
The role is focused on generating and converting business opportunities for luxury residential interior projects,



particularly premium and luxury apartments. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the luxury real estate ecosystem and experience dealing with high-value residential clients.
The executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, building relationships with property owners, real estate consultants, brokers and channel partners, conducting client meetings and site visits, presenting NSN Studio Divine's luxury interior solutions, and managing the sales process from initial enquiry through closure.
The role will also involve coordinating with internal design, project and execution teams to understand client requirements and ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
