About the Role
DGM – Operations
Lead the Operations function with responsibility for operational efficiency, process improvement and overall execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes, improve productivity and drive operational excellence.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement activities and supply chain operations.
- Monitor operational KPIs, performance metrics and ensure timely achievement of business objectives.
- Lead, mentor and manage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Identify operational gaps and implement effective solutions for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and service delivery.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM / B.Tech in Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 10–12+ years of experience in Operations, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of process improvement, vendor management, KPI monitoring and execution.
- Proven ability to lead teams, improve operational efficiency and drive excellence.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing or technology-driven businesses will be preferred.
