Role Description The Senior Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Morbi. This role is responsible for driving sales growth for JLD Minerals’ product portfolio,



building and maintaining strong relationships with ceramic manufacturers and other key customers, and identifying new business opportunities in domestic and international markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, preparing and reviewing sales forecasts, and coordinating closely with operations, logistics, and R&D; to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of products. The Senior Sales Manager will conduct market research, participate in customer visits and industry events, negotiate commercial terms, and provide regular performance and pipeline reports to leadership. The role also involves monitoring competitor activity, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to refine product offerings and value propositions.
