About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and organised Business Development Executive – Client Servicing to support our business development and event execution teams.
This dual-role position combines lead generation, client coordination, proposal support and event-day assistance. It is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, following up with prospects and supporting clients throughout the event lifecycle—from the initial enquiry to post-event feedback.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain lead databases of corporates, HR and administration teams, marketing teams, hotels, venues, institutions and potential event clients.
- Connect with prospects through calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach,



and schedule introductory meetings for the senior team.
- Understand client requirements and prepare structured briefs covering event objectives, dates, venues, audience profile, expected attendance, budget, event flow and branding needs.
- Support the preparation of proposal decks, requirement notes, quotation inputs, meeting summaries and client presentations.
- Follow up with clients regarding proposals, feedback, approvals, revisions, advance payments and required documentation.
- Coordinate with the operations team on event checklists, vendor inputs, venue recce, production timelines and client approvals.
- Attend selected events and support registration, guest coordination, client servicing, hospitality desks and on-ground troubleshooting.
- Maintain enquiry trackers, proposal trackers, client communication records and weekly business development reports.
- Conduct post-event follow-ups for feedback, testimonials, referrals and repeat business
