Role Overview:
We are looking for a lively, highly skilled, and seasoned Advertising Account Manager with a solid instinct for building client relationships and translating complex brand objectives into impactful mainline campaigns.
(Strong Print/Mainline advertising exposure is mandatory.)

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Directly manage, mentor, and guide a high-performing team of 2–3 Account executives to ensure flawless operational execution.
- Relationship Management: Lead strategic client interactions to deeply understand their products, business objectives, competitors, and target audiences.
- Escalation Handling: Serve as the primary point of contact for critical client escalations,



resolving complex issues with sound judgment, speed, and a high sense of urgency.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Translate insights and client briefs into robust marketing plans, strategic communication solutions, timelines, and budgets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with creative, copy, and strategy teams to shape campaign direction, brainstorm brand strategies, and deliver seamless execution on client briefs.
- High-Impact Delivery: Create and deliver compelling presentations for campaign pitches, brand launches, and initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery within defined timelines.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 6-10 years of proven account management and client servicing experience within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 mainline advertising agency.
