About the Role
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Sr Business Development Executive to join our lead generation team. The role involves identifying and engaging with potential business customers, understanding their requirements, qualifying prospects, and generating high-quality sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads through outbound calling and other approved channels
- Connect with decision-makers and key business stakeholders
- Understand customer requirements and identify relevant business opportunities
- Qualify prospects based on defined lead qualification criteria
- Conduct follow-ups with prospects to generate qualified opportunities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets




- Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the CRM
- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified lead handover
- Handle basic objections and communicate the value proposition effectively
- Consistently focus on improving lead quality and conversion

Candidate Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B tele calling, inside sales, lead generation, or business development
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Good spoken English is mandatory
- Comfortable making outbound business calls
- Ability to confidently communicate with decision-makers
- Strong convincing and objection-handling skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel is an advantage
