Overview
Amenify is looking for a Design Team Lead to lead and mentor our Design Team while also taking ownership of high-level and complex design projects.
The ideal candidate will be a robust hands-on designer and people leader who can guide the team, maintain design quality, handle escalations, and personally step in on challenging projects and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead,



mentor, and manage the Design Team to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Take ownership of high-value, complex, and critical design projects from concept to completion.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex design-related issues and provide effective solutions.
- Personally support and work on challenging projects where senior-level design expertise is required.
- Review and approve design concepts, layouts, drawings, and presentations before final submission.
- Ensure designs meet client requirements, company standards, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Guide designers on design concepts, space planning, material selection, detailing, and execution.
- Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team output.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Production, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
