nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a dynamic Client Servicing Manager who can act as the key bridge between clients and internal creative teams. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end client communication, ensure smooth execution of campaigns, and build long-term client relationships.
nKey Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clientsn
- Understand client briefs and translate them into clear internal deliverablesn
- Coordinate with creative, production, and strategy teams for timely executionn
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvalsn




- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solvingn
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and performance reportsn
- Upsell/cross-sell services where relevant and support business growthn
- Work closely with influencer managers, creators, and talent teams for onboarding, negotiations, and executionn
- Oversee multiple accounts, budgets, timelines, and deliverablesn
- Guide and mentor junior client servicing executives and account managersn

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- n
- 3–6 years of experience in client servicing / account management (media, advertising, digital agency preferred)n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsn
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneouslyn
- Good understanding of digital content, branded campaigns, and media workflowsn
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skillsn
