Role Description The Academic Head – Cambridge Curriculum will lead the academic planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of Cambridge programmes across the school.



This full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada involves designing and aligning curricula with Cambridge standards, overseeing scheme of work development, and ensuring effective instructional practices in classrooms. The Academic Head will mentor and support teachers through regular observations, feedback, and professional development sessions, while monitoring student performance data and implementing interventions to improve learning outcomes. Responsibilities include coordinating assessments and examinations, ensuring compliance with Cambridge policies, collaborating with school leadership on academic strategy, and engaging with families and stakeholders on curriculum-related matters. The role also requires staying updated on global best practices in Cambridge education and integrating innovative, learner‑centric approaches into the school’s academic framework.
