About the Role :
Prompt Personnel is looking for an experienced, passionate, and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth across Chennai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. The incumbent will be responsible for acquiring current enterprise clients, building relationships with CXOs and senior business leaders, and expanding the company's footprint across Manufacturing, Retail, Engineering, Logistics, Automotive, FMCG, Pharma, BFSI, IT/ITES, and other key industry segments.

The role will primarily focus on selling Permanent Recruitment and Temporary Staffing solutions while cross-selling the organization's other HR service offerings, including Labour Law Compliance (comply360) and Learning & Development (Corporate Training).





Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities across Chennai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad.
- Develop relationships with CXOs, Business Heads, HR Heads, CHROs, Plant Heads, Procurement Heads, and other key decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, industrial estate mapping, LinkedIn, industry forums, and client visits.
- Present and promote Prompt Personnel's complete portfolio of HR solutions,

including:
o Permanent Recruitment
o Temporary Staffing
o Labour Law Compliance (comply360)
o Learning & Development (Corporate Training)
- Drive new client acquisition and achieve assigned revenue and business development targets.
- Understand client hiring challenges and recommend appropriate workforce solutions.
- Prepare proposals, commercial offers, service agreements, and presentations.
