About the Role
Adventors.AI is looking for energetic, self-driven, and relationship-oriented professionals to join our growing team as School Partnership Executives.

In this role, you will represent Adventors.AI across schools, building meaningful relationships with school leaders while promoting our AI, Coding, and Future Skills programs.

This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy meeting people, travelling, presenting ideas, and contributing to the transformation of K–12 education.

Role Details
Position: Graduate Trainee – School Partnerships (Sales & Marketing)
Experience: Fresh Graduates to 1 Year of Experience
Vacancies: 5
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Gondia & Nagpur (Travel Required)
Travel: Regular travel to partner schools and prospective schools within the assigned territory.
Travel Allowance: Reimbursed as per company policy.

Initial Training Period: The first 2 months will be an unpaid training and evaluation period. Compensation will commence from the 3rd month onwards, subject to successful completion of the initial training period.

Key Responsibilities
School Partnerships
● Identify and connect with schools within the assigned territory.
● Schedule meetings with Principals, Directors, Trustees, and School Management.
● Present Adventors.AI's School Transformation Program.
● Build long-term relationships with school stakeholders.
● Conduct follow-ups and maintain strong engagement throughout the sales cycle.

Sales & Business Development
● Generate qualified school leads.
● Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
● Understand school requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
