About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and guest-focused Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office operations at The Promenade & Le Dupleix. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, effective front office operations, and strong team performance while maintaining the service standards of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, including Reception, Concierge, Bell Desk and Guest Relations.
- Ensure smooth check-in, check-out, room allocation and billing processes.
- Lead, train and motivate the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints and special requests professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, F&B;, Engineering, Reservations and other departments for seamless hotel operations.
- Monitor room inventory, occupancy, VIP arrivals, group movements and special occasions.
- Maintain high standards of guest interaction, grooming and service delivery.
- Monitor departmental performance,



SOP compliance and operational procedures.
- Prepare and review Front Office reports, MIS and other operational documentation.
- Drive guest satisfaction, upselling opportunities and revenue enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards and statutory requirements.

Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Front Office/Rooms Division, with preferably 2+ years in a managerial/supervisory role.
- Experience with a reputed hotel chain, preferably in luxury/upscale hospitality.
- Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent guest-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of PMS and Front Office operations.
- Strong operational acumen with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
