Sodexo India Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Facility Manager – Soft Services to manage end-to-end soft service operations and ensure excellent service delivery at the site.

? Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end housekeeping operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Supervise soft services including housekeeping, security, pest control, landscaping, and waste management.
- Coordinate with vendors and service partners for smooth facility operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and monitor service quality as per client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, fire regulations, and emergency protocols.
- Manage manpower planning, attendance, grooming, training, and performance of housekeeping teams.
- Handle office administration, utility bills, inventory, consumables, and vendor documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and support audits.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance activities with technical teams.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
? Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Hospitality, or any relevant discipline.
? Preferred Candidate Profile
- Solid experience in housekeeping and soft services management.
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
