We're looking for a warm, skilled Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our parents, students, and visitors, and to keep our front office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist parents, students, staff, and visitors courteously — in person and over the phone
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; take and relay messages accurately
- Respond to walk-in and telephone enquiries about the school, admissions, timings, and events
- Manage the front-desk email inbox and general correspondence; reply or forward promptly
- Support the admissions team with enquiry follow-ups, form issuance, and appointment scheduling




- Maintain organised records and registers (visitor logs, enquiry data, courier/dispatch)
- Register visitors, issue passes, and follow the school's security and safeguarding procedures
- Keep the reception area clean, welcoming, and well-presented at all times.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum graduate (any discipline)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a front desk, reception, front office, or administrative role
- Prior experience in an ICSE/CBSE school or educational institution is a strong plus
- Excellent command of English, both oral and written
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) and email
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a customer-service mindset
