About the RoleMultistar Builders is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Closing Manager to lead the final stage of the real estate sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in residential real estate, strong communication skills, professional client-handling abilities, and a proven track record of converting qualified leads into successful bookings and closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete closing process from negotiation to booking and agreement.
- Handle high-value clients professionally and build strong relationships with prospective buyers.
- Conduct effective sales presentations, negotiations, follow-ups, and closure discussions.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales, pre-sales, CRM, legal, and documentation teams to ensure smooth closures.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with hot and qualified leads to maximize conversion.
- Address client concerns, objections, and commercial negotiations effectively.
- Ensure accurate communication of pricing, payment schedules, offers, and project details.
- Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, negotiations, bookings, and closures.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop solid post-booking relationships and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales/closing, preferably in premium or luxury residential projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and client-management abilities.
- Highly professional, confident, presentable, and target-oriented.
- Strong understanding of the Mumbai real estate market is preferred.
- Ability to handle HNI/UHNI clients and high-value transactions.
