Key Responsibilities: • Lead and allocate daily vessel scheduling activities across the team • Manage vessel schedules, voyage creation, port rotations and schedule actualization • Monitor ETB/ETD updates, cut-off amendments, berth schedules, omitted ports and blank sailings • Ensure schedule accuracy, SLA adherence, productivity and quality • Oversee vessel, port, terminal, berth and service-string master data • Handle schedule discrepancies, system issues and operational escalations • Coordinate with global Network & Execution, Network & Cooperation, Cargo Operations and Trade Management teams • Drive SOP governance, process improvement and automation initiatives • Coach,
