About the Role
Important: Candidates must have proven Inside Sales/BDM experience targeting the US market.

The Inside sales executive will manage day‑to‑day lead generation, ensures high‑quality prospect interactions. you'll prospect into global enterprises and GCCs, selling skilled services and technology consulting. Senior conversations, a consultative sale, and a marketing team that builds campaigns with you.
It's target-driven and we don't pretend otherwise. But you'll get better at selling here than you would almost anywhere at this level.

The role
You already know how to run outbound. What changes here is who you're calling and what you're selling.
Trigent sells professional services, technology consulting and GCC capability to global enterprises. That means your prospects are Directors, VPs and CXOs, your conversations are consultative, and a booked meeting is worth real money.





You've done this before. The difference here is what you get to sell.

What you'll do
- Own your territory research. Target accounts, industry shifts, hiring signals, and the people who actually hold budget inside enterprise organisations and GCCs.
- Run multi-channel outbound. Phone, email, LinkedIn and sales engagement platforms. You'll build the sequences, not just run them.
- Qualify honestly. Identify and nurture opportunities that genuinely fit our service lines — and disqualify the ones that don't, early.
- Book meetings that hold. Qualified discovery calls for the BD and Sales teams, handed over properly briefed.
- Keep the pipeline healthy. Disciplined, consistent follow-up. Most of the value in outbound sits in touch four through nine.
- Keep the CRM honest. Accurate activity, conversation notes and opportunity data in HubSpot. Bad CRM hygiene makes good work invisible.
