Job Description - Inside Sales Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a target-driven Inside Sales Specialist responsible for lead generation, product demonstrations, customer acquisition, sales closure, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through outbound calling and lead prospecting.
Connect with doctors, understand their requirements, and qualify leads.
Book and conduct product demonstrations via Google Meet.
Manage follow-ups, objections, negotiations, proposals, and quotations.
Drive demo-to-sale conversion, sales closure, and payment collection.
Maintain accurate CRM updates and lead pipeline.
Coordinate customer onboarding and Welcome Meetings after closure.
Ensure smooth handover to the Support/Customer Success Team.
Manage customer queries and relationships until successful handover.




Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Maintain strong product knowledge and demo quality.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling, talk-time, demo, conversion, and revenue targets.
Prepare sales reports/MIS and follow company sales processes and policies.
Ensure professional communication and a positive customer experience.

Requirements
Experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales / SaaS Sales / Telesales preferred.
Excellent communication, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Comfortable using Google Meet, CRM, and sales tools.
Highly target-oriented with a strong focus on sales and revenue achievement.
Mumbai-based candidates preferred.
