About the Role
As a Senior Consultant in the Estates luxury vertical, you won't be selling square feet. You'll be guiding high-stakes decisions, building trust with clients who've seen everything, and closing deals that most people in sales never touch.
This is a hunting role with a relationship wrapper. You need both.

What You'll Do




- Own and grow a portfolio of HNI/UHNI clients across Bangalore's premium residential corridors
- Conduct site visits, developer meetings, and private client presentations — always in business formals, always prepared
- Build and activate a personal network of HNI referrals, CA connects, banker relationships, and wealth manager tie-ups
- Work closely with inside sales to qualify leads and move them through the funnel efficiently
- Maintain an active LinkedIn presence to establish credibility in the luxury segment
- Hit monthly and quarterly Net Sales value targets with full accountability for your pipeline

Who You Are
- 3–7 years in luxury/premium real estate, private banking, wealth management, insurance (HNI segment), or any high-ticket B2C or B2B sales
- You have actual HNI relationships — not just a list, but people who pick up your call
- Proven track record of closing large-ticket deals (₹1Cr+ transaction value preferred)
- Comfortable in boardrooms, client homes, sho
