nAs an Academic Counsellor, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career aspirations, and helping them choose the most suitable upGrad program. You will manage inbound and outbound sales conversations, nurture leads, overcome objections, and drive enrollments while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
