About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive to connect with companies involved in government contracting, tendering and B2B projects.
Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, identify potential customers, understand their tendering requirements, generate interest in Bidwiser and schedule meetings for our Sales Manager / Tendering SME.
You will not be responsible for closing the sale. Your key objective is to generate and qualify opportunities and pass the qualified lead to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities





· Make outbound cold calls to prospective corporate customers.
· Identify companies that regularly participate in government/PSU tenders.
· Speak with Tender Managers, Bid Managers, Business Development Heads, Sales Heads, Pre-Sales Teams, CEOs and other relevant decision-makers.
· Introduce Bidwiser and explain its value proposition in straightforward language.
· Understand how prospects currently discover and manage tenders.
· Ask basic qualification questions regarding tender volume, current platforms and bidding process.
· Generate interest and schedule product demonstrations.
· Follow up with prospective customers regularly.
· Follow up on leads received through website enquiries, LinkedIn, campaigns, referrals and other sources.
· Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up status in CRM.
